Sinsenoside Rb1 CAS#41753-43-9
Major Active Component of American Ginseng – Ginsenoside Rb1 is the principal bioactive constituent of American ginseng, ensuring high functional value.
Proven Anti-Aging Activity – Demonstrated anti-aging effects at both cellular and animal levels, supporting skin and overall vitality.
Enhances Hyaluronic Acid Synthesis – Its key metabolite 20GPPD increases HAS2 expression via ERK and AKT signaling, promoting hyaluronic acid production in human keratinocytes.
Advanced Cellular Signaling Activation – Activates ERK and AKT pathways in a dose-dependent manner, contributing to skin regeneration and anti-aging performance.
Product Description of Ginsenoside Rb1 CAS#41753-43-9
Ginsenoside Rb1 is a glycosylated protopanaxadiol (PPD)–type ginsenoside containing two sugar moieties attached at C-3 and two at C-20, and it represents the principal active component of American ginseng. Research has demonstrated that ginsenoside Rb1 exhibits anti-aging effects at both the cellular and animal levels.
Its main metabolite, 20-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-20(S)-protopanaxadiol (20GPPD), has been shown in vitro to enhance HAS2 expression by activating ERK and AKT phosphorylation pathways in human keratinocytes in a dose-dependent manner.
