Linear Alkyl Benzenesulphonate
Powerful Cleaning Performance: Effectively removes grease and tough stains in laundry and household detergents.
Excellent Solubility & Foaming: Dissolves easily in water, delivering rich, stable foam for better washing results.
Strong Formulation Compatibility: Works well with enzymes, builders, and other surfactants; suitable for pesticide emulsions.
Cost-Effective & Reliable Supply: Mature technology ensures stable quality and competitive production cost.
Linear alkylbenzene sulfonates appear as small, deliquescent, needle-like crystals or large, flaky crystals. They are soluble in water and alcohols; slightly soluble in benzene; and insoluble in diethyl ether and carbon disulfide. They can react with active metals (including iron and aluminum) and many less reactive metals, dissolving the metals and releasing hydrogen gas and/or toxic gases. Like other acids, these substances can initiate polymerization reactions of certain organic compounds. They react with cyanide salts and compounds to release gaseous hydrogen cyanide. They are used in the manufacture of other chemicals. They react with air and water to produce phenol, resorcinol, and other organic compounds, and are used as catalysts.
